Refund policy

Each DNYL piece is selected with intention, and we want you to feel confident in every order. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds.

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Once reviewed and approved, DNYL store credit will be issued toward a future purchase.

Items must remain unworn, unused, and in their original condition and packaging. Photos may be requested to complete your claim.
